Thursday Workshop: Watercolor with Jana Pešková

The first in a series of Thursday courses led by Český Krumlov artist Jana Pešková. We will show you that anyone can be an artist, regardless of previous experience!

The course consists of 5 lessons.
All art materials are included in the course price.
Course fee: 1,500 CZK / 5 lessons
Children (12+), students & Krumlovák Card holders: 1,200 CZK / 5 lessons
Every Thursday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Course dates: March 13, 2025 – April 10, 2025

Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the Visitor Center no later than 7 days before the course starts.

Instructor Jana Pešková
The course is led by artist Jana Pešková, who will expertly guide you through various techniques, covering not only art history but also the contemporary art scene. Born in 1947, she graduated from the Secondary School of Ceramics in Bechyně and founded her private ceramics workshop in 1968. She soon specialized in historical ceramics, creating replicas and accessories for historical interiors while also pursuing drawing and, most notably, watercolor painting. Later, she became one of the founders of the St. Agnes Art School in Český Krumlov, where she initially taught ceramics before transitioning to painting.

Cancellations at least one week before the course starts: 100% refund.
Cancellations less than a week before the workshop: No refund.
