Šumava Through the Eyes of Josef Maria Pecka: A Lecture with Slideshow
The Gallery at Port 1560 invites you to a unique lecture dedicated to the beauty of the Šumava region, led by Josef Maria Pecka—a native of Šumava, writer, and professional guide.
The program will feature a presentation of photographs and stories from the author's travels through this extraordinary landscape. The event will take place alongside the ongoing Hollar exhibition, which is also inspired by the South Bohemian countryside.
The lecture will be conducted in Czech only.
Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the Port 1560 Visitor Center, no later than 7 days before the event. If there is insufficient interest, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
