In the course of December 2023 after a long, sensitive and demanding reconstruction a new cultural and social centre of Český Krumlov and the South Bohemian region is opening its gates under the following name: Port 1560.
You can find here a long-term exposition Life. Work. Art. Dreams. Each premises, which used to serve as an important unit of beer production in this town or had a historically significant role already in the early modern ages, is devoted to one of these expositions. Varna, Hvozd, Palác. Those are the places that were for a long time hidden from everybody – the town citizens as well as its visitors.
